I’m Jen Greco, a multi-faceted HR professional, neuroscience-certified coach, and three-time best-selling author with over 15 years of experience mentoring, coaching, and training individuals across food services, logistics, automotive, and retail industries. Most recently, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and implement training programs for the Canadian Armed Forces, an experience that reinforced my belief in strong leadership, clear communication, and confidence-driven growth.
What many people don’t see is that confidence wasn’t always natural for me. For years, I struggled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to be perfect. On the outside, I was successful but internally, I questioned myself constantly. That personal struggle became the catalyst for my work today and inspired my chapter in a best-selling book, where I share my story and the mindset shifts that helped me rebuild confidence from the inside out.
As a wife and mom, I understand how demanding life can be when you’re trying to balance a fulfilling career with a happy, connected home. That reality led me to deeply study the science of happiness, human behaviour, and performance. Through my training in neuroscience-based coaching, I came to understand that health, security, love, self-esteem, and self-actualization are the true foundations of confidence, growth, and long-term fulfillment.
Armed with both professional experience and lived insight, I now work alongside individuals who are ready for change. I help them identify what confidence and happiness truly mean to them—and what needs to shift to get there. I believe that when we stop chasing perfection and start building self-trust, clarity, and courage, growth becomes inevitable both personally and professionally.
